I have only had this camera for less than a week and I already love it! I have not had any problems with blurry pictures (other than when I get too impatient and click before the camera is ready) This is NOT a point and shoot camera. There are SEVERAL modes and different scenes you can choose from (i.e. beach, black and white, dusk/dawn, inside/party, and so too many more to name.) The pictures are crystal clear (as they should be at 16mp) and the zoom in FABULOUS! I also love the video camera. The sound is great and the picture is as well (even in black and white mode). I have 9mo twins and as you can imagine they can be very active and hard to take pictures of but the red light that shines (lightly) draws their attention and I get a great shot almost every time! If you are looking for a camera that is not too hard to learn and operate but not as expensive as the other high mega pixal cameras...this is it!!

I was looking to replace our digital camera that was dropped and this camera fits the bill perfectly. If you are looking for a slender 'pocket' camera look elsewhere, as this baby has some gerth on her :o) I was far more interested in a camera that takes really nice pics, video and was relatively easy to point and shoot. This one does all of that. In general the pics come out crisp and the video is the same. As far as the battery life, out of the box taking pics, and playing with the camera for about an hr, a 5 hr pool party, 1st day of school with the kids and then another day of family shots and video - all on the same batteries. Video mode will obviously run the batteries faster, but hrs of pics is definately possible. There are a number of options which I'm sure I will test out in the future. Overall good camera for the money (I paid 200.00 for the pkg and rec'd the camera within 4 days of my order).

Excellent camera!! I love it! It has scenes to choose the most suitable for the photo to be taken. The zoom is wonderful. It takes time to learn to use it well but it is a beautiful machine. I'm really pleased with this purchase. In addition, all are great plus that brings. Only the tripod came with a broken support, but nothing that can not be fixed. Something very important is that I'm from Costa Rica and the team came to me in perfect condition. That's something worth much because in a long journey the company must pack the product securely to arrive to the buyer smoothly. So I recommend not only the company but the product sells. She is a wonderful camera.
